Those wanting to add supplements to their workout routine don’t have to drive very far anymore.

The Beefcake Factory is now open inside Chenoa Fitness Center.

“We provide supplements,” explains owner Jason Keeling. “We also make pre-made protein shakes and protein smoothies.”

Other features include freshly brewed Black Rifle coffee and energy drinks.

“I moved up to the city when I was a teenager and most of the gyms up there had this kind of stuff,” recalled Keeling.

This will be very convenient for those utilizing Chenoa Fitness Center as they can enjoy a quality protein shake among other items.

“There is no supplement store around here unless you want to drive to Bloomington or maybe Pontiac if you go to Wal-Mart to get stuff,” adds Keeling.

Gym members have 24-hour access to the business and can even make purchases overnight.

A grand opening ribbon-cutting celebration was held Saturday at The Beefcake Factory with members of the Chenoa Economic Development Commission.

“Welcome to Chenoa and thank you for opening your business,” said the EDC’s Sarah Michaels.

The Beefcake Factory can be reached at 815-931-5290 or by e-mail at Thebeefcakefactory@yahoo.com. Find them on Facebook at “The Beefcake Factory.”
