Easter Bunny cruises town

The Easter Bunny waves from a Chenoa fire truck on Saturday afternoon.

The Easter Bunny toured Chenoa in a fire truck on Saturday, bringing smiles to the faces of young ones waiting to catch candy on a Sunday but breezy day.

Several trucks escorted the fire truck with the bunny, blaring horns and sirens along the parade route and flashing red lights. This event was held in place of the traditional Easter egg hunt which could not happen due to COVID this year.

The truck carrying the Easter Bunny leaves the fire station on Saturday.
